All participants must be 18 years of age or older
Wednesday's 7:00pm-8:00pm
&
Friday's 7:00pm-8:00pm
$10 a class
You can also Purchase a Package of 4classes and get the 5th class free!!!

What To Wear For Pole/Chair Class...
-A good athletic shoe (for warm-up)
-Bring heels if you want (they work the legs more)
-Yoga pants, shorts or booty shorts
-T-shirt, tank top, sports bra or halter top

About Class
You can start taking my Pole classes at any time. I have dancers of all levels in my classes.
Some girls come to class once a week, once a month or whenever they have time.
I will always pick-up right where you left off.
Every Pole/Chair class starts with a warm-up and a Chair or Lap dance. If there are allot of ladies in class we will do a lap dance. I will have everyone partner up and take turns sitting in the chair while the other performs the lap dance. If there are enough chairs for everyone we will do a chair dance.
There will be exercises and stretching to help with strength and flexibility. Both are a must for performing more advanced pole tricks and spins.
After exercises & stretching it's time to Pole Dance! There are 3 poles in my studio. I will split up the class, having the beginners and returning students on different poles. I will have everyone take turns on the pole and teach each group at their level and pace.
The last 15 min of class is free style time!
